Festival Retail Vending

If you’re interested in showcasing and selling your retail products, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Tables, tents, chairs or electricity are not included, space only.

The City of Wilmington requires all vendors to have a food vendor permit. For food vendor permits, current or permanent  call for Board of Health Certificate at 995-8650 ONLY. Vendors outside of Delaware may obtain their permits from their area. Once you have acquired your permit number, include your number on the attached reservation form. You will need Liability Insurance naming The August Quarterly Festival Committee, Inc., as an additional insured and a Hold Harmless and Indemnity Clause.

Vendors are placed on a First come First Place basis. Placement begins at 6:00 AM and All Vendors must be in place by 11:00 AM and will be placed accordingly by Coordinator or her representative. If you are Vending both days you will keep your original space. There will be No monetary refunds to vendors participating in this event, regardless of weather or any extenuating circumstances.
