If you’re interested in showcasing your organization without selling items, this is the perfect opportunity for you. For a fee we provide an information booth that includes a table and two chairs under a shared tent space. The event takes place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st, with setup times between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Please note, giveaways that conflict with food items sold by our retail vendors, such as water ice or ice cream, are not permitted.
